We wish to provide patients with effective medical services of the highest standard.
 

From us you can expect:-

Confidentiality.

A copy of the Practice Leaflet.

A health check appointment after registration.
 

bullet

Medical treatment for an urgent matter within 24 hours.
 

bullet

Sessions to start on time or to be kept informed of any delays.
 

bullet

Repeat medications within 24 working hours of a written request.
 

bullet

Staff to be polite, helpful and efficient.
 

bullet

Your medical record transferred to the Primary Care Agency immediately on request.
 


In return we would like you to:-

Treat staff with courtesy.
 

bullet

Attend your appointment on time.
 

bullet

Request a home visit only when too ill to come to the surgery.
 

bullet

Use the out of hours service only when your condition seriously makes this necessary.

 

Comments:-

If you feel  our agreed standards we are not being met then please contact our Practice Manager who will respond to your concerns within 48 hours.   

Please remember that NHS charter standards can only be met within the available NHS resources.
