Dr
Leon Aldous Andrew Barbour
qualified from St Thomas Hospital, London in 1980. He has
since been in continuous practice and was appointed
as
a Principal Medical Practitioner in 1987 to develop NHS
general medical services in the north-east area of Guildford.
He is also Advisor and
Forensic Medical Examiner to Surrey Constabulary, Clinical Tutor to St
George's Hospital Medical School and an elected member of the Expert Witness
Institute. |

Dr
Rosamond Unwin
qualified from University College Hospital, London in 1982 and is
Clinical Associate to the practice. She
attends to see patients on Thursday and Friday each week. |

Practice Manager
Mrs Jane Wetherall is our practice manager who
provides day to day continuity
for the practice. If you have any concerns about the way we do things or would
like to make suggestions for improvement she would be pleased to hear from you. |

Receptionists
Theresa,
Linda, Carolyn and Jackie are our secretarial receptionists
who will help you make the most of the services
offered by the practice.

Practice Nurse
Mrs Rachael Hogg is our practice nurse
who provides a range of
health services including new patient health checks, travel vaccinations, well-person screening, ear syringing, blood
tests, blood pressure checks, cervical smears, wound dressings and
general advice on
health promotion. |

District Nurse
Mrs Sally Woof is our district nurse who treats patients at
home who are too frail to attend the surgery. |

Health Visitor
Mrs Paula Brennan is our health visitor
who gives advice on health education especially for the
elderly and young. She holds a weekly clinic at the surgery for mothers and babies.

Midwife
Mrs Mary Delaney is our midwife who provides maternity care both at home and
at a weekly
ante-natal clinic held at the surgery. She
attends from early on in your pregnancy
through to the arrival of your baby. |
